Meeting
With a slight change to the normal proceedings, the event is on the third Saturday of January (instead of the normal second) to allow everyone to recover from Christmas and New Year.
Come along and discuss what direction you want the Multipack to move in the new year, talk about your favourite websites, any gripes you have with the industry and anything else you want!

Sponsored!
First good news of the year is that we’re now sponsored by Campaign Monitor - the best and most popular email marketing application on the Internet.
We’ve been using Campaign Monitor since the early days of The ‘Pack, way back in 2005, mainly for gathering contact details for people interested in our newsletter. It has served us well for the last 3 years.
As part of the Giving Back programme, Campaign Monitor have offered us free use of their system with a few other luxuries thrown in for good measure. Who are we to turn down free stuff?
Smooth Opera-ator
‘Pack member Bruce , who evangelises for Opera, is interviewed in the dead tree version of .Net magazine. Read about the .Net magazine issue 185 featuring Bruce
Birmingham Twitterati
The Multipack are Twitter.com addicts. But, who should you follow? Well, if you’re in Birmingham, then Stef has provided a nice list of the local web and media scene folks for you:
On a similar note, the nice folks at 383 Project are organising the local Twestival. Part of a global meetup of Twitter users, all in the name of charity!
Gummy Trees
Paul has been busy freelancing for the nice folks at Clearleft and was involved in the re-alignment of the Gum Tree website.
New Year Web Resolutions
And we don’t mean 1024x768! Over in the forum, we’re all talking about what we’d like to do more of in the new year web-wise. Drop by and let us know what you’re planning to do, or make some rash promises!
